Responsibilities
Build relationships with patients by showing a high degree of compassion and connection
Educate patients about Serenity’s life changing treatment options
Address questions and concerns about Serenity’s treatment options
Overcome objections to get patients scheduled for treatment
Learn and be willing to step into other roles as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED.
Strong customer service mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience
Experience in the following roles have translated well: orthopedic, dental or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (autism, muscular dystrophy, etc.), professional tutoring, personal coaches and high-end restaurant servers.
