The Customer Service Manager will assist in running a practice while receiving mentorship to eventually move into a full leadership role with Serenity Healthcare.
What you’ll do
Deliver stellar customer experience, by building rapport and credibility with customers.
Be able to overcome customer objections and effectively promote Serenity's treatment options.
Passionately educate every customer about TMS and Ketamine Infusion therapy.
Assist with creating a positive environment for staff and patients.
Help train and mentor a variety of roles within the clinic and help out as needed.
What we’re looking for
High school degree or GED
At least 1 year of experience in a fast paced, customer facing role
Desire to help others improve their lives
Ability to connect with people and positively influence decisions
