In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of insurance claims to both insurance providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bill Preparation: Ensure bills are prepared promptly and accurately.
• Claims Review: Inspect claims for errors and make necessary corrections before submission.
• Handling Rejected Claims: Address and resolve any claims that are rejected.
• Claim Submission Monitoring: Track and verify that claims are successfully received by insurance companies.
• Eligibility Verification: Confirm insurance coverage and benefits through online portals or by phone as needed.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
• Medical Knowledge: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic Office Skills: Experience with faxing, transcribing, and electronic document filing.
